By being listed on ViaReviews, you agree to the terms outlined below.
ViaReviews is an independent review and information platform designed to help consumers make informed decisions. We provide a space where users can share experiences and opinions about products and services.
Businesses may appear on ViaReviews through:
Publicly available information
User submissions
Internal research by our editorial team
Businesses do not need to register or pay a fee to be listed.
ViaReviews does not allow businesses to:
Remove negative reviews
Edit or modify user-submitted content
Influence ratings or scores
All reviews reflect the opinions of individual users.
Businesses are welcome to:
Create a verified business account
Publicly respond to customer reviews
Provide clarifications or support
All responses must remain professional and non-abusive.
ViaReviews may offer optional paid features, such as:
Verified business profiles
Featured listings
Promotional visibility
These paid features do not influence review ratings or user opinions.
Businesses agree to:
Provide accurate and truthful information
Not impersonate users or post fake reviews
Not attempt to manipulate ratings or platform systems
Any violation may result in restriction or removal of business accounts.
If a business believes a review is false or defamatory, they may submit a dispute request. ViaReviews will investigate but is not obligated to remove content unless it violates our content policies or applicable laws.
Businesses retain ownership of their trademarks and logos. By submitting content, you grant ViaReviews the right to display such content on the platform.
ViaReviews is not liable for:
Loss of reputation or revenue resulting from user reviews
Business decisions made based on information on the platform
Indirect or consequential damages
ViaReviews reserves the right to suspend or terminate business-related accounts or content at its discretion if these terms are violated.
We may update these Business Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.
